Who We Are
Golshid Saham
Golshid Saham is the founder of MEGS Architects, bringing over 12 years of experience across Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. She earned her Master of Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, further solidifying her expertise in innovative and contextually responsive design.
Her experience in global design capitals such as Toronto, Paris, Milan, and Dubai has profoundly shaped her architectural perspective. She has worked on projects ranging from low-, medium-, and high-density residential developments to large-scale commercial and institutional buildings. This exposure to diverse styles, cultures, and urban complexities has refined her ability to craft spaces that balance innovation, functionality, and cultural context while thoughtfully engaging with the city.
As the principal architect, Golshid sees architecture as a catalyst for enriching everyday life, shaping environments that are not only functional and visually compelling but also deeply connected to their urban and cultural context. She believes architects have a responsibility to create spaces that endure, places that adapt, evolve, and continue to serve communities well beyond the present moment.
